Please don't forget the mate. It is customary to tip the mate 10-20% of the trip's fare.

Charter Information

1. 30% deposit must be received to reserve charter date. In the event of bad weather, we will offer an alternative date.

2. Balance of payment must be received before boat leaves dock.

3. Alcoholic beverages: Beer only. Please, no glass bottles. No hard liquor or wine. Only a reasonable amount of beer will be allowed per person. If a party member becomes intoxicated as determined by the Captain, the boat will return to the dock without any refunds.

4. Food: Each person will provide his or her own food and beverages. We suggest prepared food. Fancy spreads are difficult to manage at sea. Have sandwiches made before leaving dock.

5. Our boat is also our home. Please respect it as if it were your own.

6. Boating shoes or sneakers ONLY. This is for your safety. Please no black soled boots or sneakers.

7. NO firearms of any kind may be carried on board.

8. NO illegal drugs or contraband.

9. NO smoking, except in cockpit area.

10. Overabundance of fish caught will be limited by the Captain to eliminate glut and waste.

11. All Billfish and Non-Mako Sharks will be tagged and released unless angler wishes to have fish mounted, in which case angler will post a $100 non refundable deposit for prior to returning to dock.

12. Boating of Giant Bluefin Tuna are subject to federal regulations. Please inquire with the captain.
